(2) The HIGHEST bidder shall deposit 25% of the auction amount with the Authorised Officer within 24 hours after auction. EMD made shall be adjusted. Remaining 75% of the auction amount shall be paid within 30 days of the acceptance of the Bid. Failure to deposit the amount would entail in forfeiture of the whole money already deposited. (3) The Authorised Officer may call from the prospective bidder`s proof of their funds to deposit 25% of the bid amount to his satisfaction. (4) Any amount involved in transfer of property - as stamp duty, registration fee, electricity charges, Govt. Taxes / dues etc. will be paid by the successful bidder.
