Last Date for issue of tender upto 16:00 Hrs from 04.06.2009 The Executive Engineer, Gandhinagar Central Division-I, C.P.W.D., 1st floor, Kendriya Nirman Sadan, Near `CH-3` Circle, Sector-10.A, Gandhinagar - 382043 ( Gujarat) Telephone No. (079) 23223486 invites on behalf of the President of India, sealed item rate tenders from the approved and eligible contractors of CPWD and those of appropriate class borne on the list of MES, Railways, Department of Telecommunications and State PWD of Gujarat upto 15:00 Hrs. on 10.06.2009 for the following work as per details given below:- Pre- Bid Conference will be held on 05.06.2009 at 11:30 Hrs. in the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Gandhinagar Central Circle, CPWD, Gandhinagar. Tender forms will be issued to the eligible contractors of CPWD. For Non- CPWD contractors tender forms will be issued provided they produce documentary evidence from appropriate authority of having satisfactorily completed at least three similar works each of value of Rs. 87.00 Lakhs or two works of Rs. 131.00 Lakhs or one work of Rs. 175.00 Lakhs in the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which the tenders are invited. ~ Similar works~ means building construction works with RCC framed structure. Works executed for any private body will be considered only if, contractor produces the Tax- deduction-at- source certificate including the date and value of the completed work. The earnest money should be deposited in Cash/ Receipted Treasury Challan/ Deposit at Call Receipt of a Scheduled Bank/ Fixed Deposit Receipt of a Scheduled Bank/ Demand Draft of a Scheduled Bank issued in favour of the ~ Executive Engineer, Gandhinagar Central Division-I, CPWD, Gandhinagar~, must accompany the tender. Tender documents excluding standard forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on all working days between 11:00 Hrs. to 16:00 Hrs. except on Sundays and Public Holidays, on payment of Tender Fees in cash ( non- refundable). Tender forms will not be issued unless valid Registration Certificate is produced in original along with the certified copy. The tender that will have any conditional rebate shall be summarily rejected and their rates will not be read out.
