(In the prescribed format along with attested Xerox copy of EPF No. and Service Tax no.) ii) Last date of issue of tender forms 18/6/2009 iii) In case the tender document is down loaded from the website, the applicant will submit his credentials required to establish his eligibility and work experience conditions to the Sub Divisional Engineer(C) BSNL Civil Sub Division-II, Ahmedabad before the last date of receipt of application as at Para (i) above. iv) The list of Eligible Tenderers shall be displayed on website: www.gujarat.bsnl.co.in/civil on 17/6/2009 a) Only eligible tenderers, as displayed on Website shall be permitted to quote Rates. v) Tenders from eligible tenderers will be received by the Sub Divisional Engineer(C) BSNL Civil Sub Division-II, Ahmedabad upto 15:00 Hrs. on 19/6/2009 and will be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 15:30 Hrs. II. Tenders will be issued to eligible contractors provided they produce proof of their valid enlistment with the appropriate authority,. III. Subject to the above eligibility conditions, tenderers will be allowed to participate for quoting the rates. IV. Tender documents with additional conditions/correction slips and schedule of quantities/ other schedules can be downloaded from Website www.gujarat.bsnl.co.in/civil. The cost of tender (non-refundable) may be submitted along-with E.M.D. in the same manner as specified in para-VI below. V. Tender documents can also be had from the office of Sub Divisional Engineer(C), Civil Sub Division-II, Ahmedabad upto 4.00PM on or before 18/6/2009 on every working days on payment of Rs 150 (non-refundable) per set. VI. E.M.D. and cost of tender in cash (upto Rs.500/-only)/ deposit at Call receipt of a scheduled bank/fixed deposit receipt of a scheduled bank/demand draft of a scheduled bank issued in favour of Accounts Officer, o/o BSNL Civil Division-I, Ahmedabad payable at Ahmedabad will be submitted along-with the “tender”. The “Tender” and “Earnest money” shall be placed in separate sealed envelopes marked “Tender”and “Earnest money” respectively. In case the tender document is down loaded form BSNL website, the “Tender” and “Earnest money plus cost of tender shall be placed in a separate sealed envelopes marked “Tender” and “Earnest money plus cost of tender” respectively.
