The first cover should contain the EMD in the shape of Demand Draft / FDR/Pay Order of a scheduled Bank / Nationalized Bank / State Bank guaranteed by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) drawn in favour of ~ACCOUNTS OFFICER, BSNL, Telecom Electrical Division-II, Ahmedabad. The second cover should contain the tender documents. In case 1st cover is not annexed or EMD is not in the proper form the 2nd cover will not be opened at all. Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs. 150/- (non-refundable). Conditional tenders and tenders with conditional rebate shall be summarily rejected. Tenders received by post/Courier shall not be entertained and opened. In case holiday is declared on the opening day, the tenders will be opened on the next working day.
