	Product Note	-	GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION FOR INDIGENOUS EQUIPMENT 1. Only Original Reputed Manufactures in the related Technical Field or their Authorised representatives need apply. 2. The Prices must be net per unit or for appropriate number as specified in Tender Document. 3. Sales Tax / Central Sales Tax/ Octroi duty, if leviable and intended to be claimed from the purchaser, must be specifically mentioned along with the price quoted, failing which no claim will be admitted on any stage. 4. The stores, if offered ex-stock should be delivered within 15 days from the date of placing of the firm order. 5. Full payment of bills would be made normally within 60 days from the date of receipt of stores in good condition; satisfactory commissioning and submission of bills in triplicate duly pre-receipted on revenue stamp, whichever is later. Any deviation to this term should be clearly specified in the Commercial bid. B. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION FOR IMPORTED EQUIPMENT 1. Only Original supplier/ his Authorized Agent in India (Proper proof of Authorization required) need apply. 2. EQDC is having Custom Duty Exemption Registration Certificate. 3. The price quoted must be FOB value excluding the agency commission, if any, which must be indicated separately. The cost of Insurance, Freight should be indicated separately. The agency commission shall be paid in Indian Rupees after satisfactory installation and commissioning of equipment. 4. Any duty to be claimed from the purchaser, admitted on any ground and any state should be quoted separately. 5. Port of Destination – Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad Airport, Gujarat (India). 6. Stores should be securely packed to ensure safe arrival of Cargo at the port of discharge. 7. The stores should be insured under all risk covered policy before dispatch and it should be valid till it lands at the premises of the consignee. 8. The payment will be made through irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit in favour of supplier, which will be opened through bank. 9.
